Class Organisation and Timings of the School Day

Curdridge Primary School is a wonderful school where the whole community works together to provide a happy, safe and welcoming environment. We are extremely proud of our friendly school where all staff and governors work hard to provide the best possible start for all its children. Curdridge Primary School caters for both Infant and Junior children from the ages of four through to eleven. At national level these are divided into distinct curriculum stages known as:

Early Years Foundation Stage – Reception or Year R (4-5 year olds)

    Key Stage 1 – Years 1 and 2 (5-7 year olds)

    Key Stage 2 – Years 3, 4, 5 and 6 (7-11 year olds)

We have 4 classes of mixed year groups:

Class 1- Foundation stage and Year 1

    Class 2- Year 1 and 2

    Class 3- Year 3 and 4

    Class 4- Year 5 and 6
