George’s Rockstars

Nothing gave us greater pleasure than to welcome George O'Shaughnessy into Curdridge Primary School on 11^th January 2019. We know that for him to be in school had been a longstanding wish of his to be ‘like the other children’ and to finally see him in his school uniform, smiling broadly, is a day that will stay with us forever. Sadly George died in August 2019 having battled leukaemia since the age of 2. 

He was a very special boy and his time at CPS will hold very special memories for us all.

George's Rockstars has been set up by his parents in his memory; George loved music and performing! Who will ever forget his incredible Freddie Mercury impression during the Rocksteady concert....
